Josef O'Connor has partnered with The World Land Trust to present 'Going, Going, Gone' at this year's Royal Academy Summer Exhibition.

Assigning Lot 44 of The Atlantic Rainforest, Brazil, this endangered piece of land will be collectively purchased via the sale of a limited edition print at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition exhibition.

Titled 'Going, Going, Gone’ O'Connor has screen-printed Lot 44 onto an aerial photo. The land is worth £20,000 and an edition of 100 prints will be sold at the Summer Exhibition for £400 (excl. VAT) to generate enough funds to buy the land, fulfill the RA commission, and artist’s fee/materials.

Each Print equates to 0.5 acres. Upon completion of the sale, the land will be purchased by The World Land Trust and safeguarded against illegal logging.
